Request permanent deletion of your TaskGator account and all associated data. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, you will lose access to:

Your TaskGator account and login credentials
All synced assignment data from Canvas
Your app preferences and settings
Any subscription or purchase history

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Account Information: Your email address, user ID, and authentication tokens
Canvas Data: All synced assignments, grades, course information, and discussion posts
User Preferences: App settings, notification preferences, and manual assignment flags
Purchase Information: Subscription status, billing history, and payment details
Usage Data: App interaction patterns, performance metrics, and analytics data
Support Communications: Previous support tickets and correspondence

Data Retention Policy

What We Keep: We may retain anonymized transaction records for financial auditing purposes as required by law (typically 7 years). These records cannot be linked back to your identity after deletion.

Processing Timeline: Your deletion request will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
